Q: What if I have trouble downloading or opening the file?
If you’re having difficulty downloading the manual, first try the following: ensure your internet connection is stable, and try using a different web browser if possible. If the download link expired or isn’t working, contact us and we will issue a new link right away. Manuals are typically provided in PDF format, so you’ll need a PDF reader application (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free) to open the file.
